Carrot cake

A cake according to the American country traditions. It consists of a light, airy base of carrots, wholemeal spelt flour, cane sugar and a heap of walnuts and hazelnuts. The base holds together thanks to the delicious cream made of Philadelphia cheese and white chocolate, and is crowned with fudge carrots.
